Doddinghurst got into the 1st half of the game quickly and straight away started playing quick passing football, forcing some truly outstanding saves by the Great Danes Keeper. Doddinghurst took the lead with a good finish by Oscar Pace after some good attacking play by William Stroud. Doddinghurst extended their lead to 3 – 0 at half time with two very well taken goals by Alfie Cerulli. The 2nd half started like the 1st with Doddinghurst controlling the midfield and keeping Great Danes under constant pressure, Kai Chalkley and Tom Richards were outstanding at the back stopping every attack and Doddinghurst extended their lead with a long range effort from Frankie Day, Alfie Baldry scored with the last kick of the match with a fine finish from the edge of the box. Doddinghurst’s fine start to the season continues with a impressive away win.
